Now it works ok.
But just could you tell me why must use the command cygstart instead of 
run ?

Whoops.  Make that

cygstart -- XWin :0 -screen 0 1280 1024 -scrollbars -query %REMOTE_HOST% 
-lesspointer -clipboard
