i can't start wmaker on cygwin

Hello,

I use startx to have an X session.
Then when i try to start wmaker  i have
the following errors :
wmaker fatal error: it seems that there is already a
window manager running

waiting for X server to shut down winClipboardProc -
Call to select () failed: -1.  Bailing.
winClipboardProc - XDestroyWindow succeeded
