Keyboard Lockup or Jam - resolved - more details

I suffered from the *EXACT* same problem with RH-EL-4 - magically the
problem appeared.
Hotfix KB929399 had already been installed on my computer.

But - Hot fix KB929338 - was not yet on my computer.

Installing this exact fix - made the difference
