The following package has been updated for Cygwin 1.7:
* xorg-server-1.6.4-1
This package contains XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.
This is an update to the latest stable version, and likely the last of
the 1.6 series.
The following patch has been REVERTED in this release:
* "Use bash login shell to execute the commands started from the tray
menu": This could cause lengthly delays in launching programs depending
on the contents of the user's .bash_profile. Instead, xinit-1.1.1-5
launches XWin itself in a login shell, which should have the same effect.
