Conflict between cliupboard and xmodmap

Hi,
Apparently here is a conflict between clipboard and xmodmap:
$ XWin -multiwindow -clipboard &
[1] 2016
$ Welcome to the XWin X Server
Vendor: The Cygwin/X Project
Release: 1.7.6.0 (10706000)
Build Date: 2010-03-22
...., bla, bla ..
winGetDisplay: DISPLAY=:0.0
winClipboardProc - DISPLAY=:0.0
winClipboardProc - XOpenDisplay () returned and successfully opened the display.
$ export DISPLAY=127.0.0.1:0.0
$ xmodmap /etc/X11/xinit/Xmodmap
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
winClipboardFlushXEvents - unexpected event type 34
