link-compat ?

Hi *,

I found a few files in our incoming directory and don't know, who has
put them there and where exactly they belong to.
Whoever has uploaded them, can you please mail me, who you are and where
I should put these files on our site, especially whether they belong to
mingw32 or cygwin32.
The files are 

    link-compat-doc-SDK.0.02.tar.bz2
    link-compat-gcc.0.02.tar.bz2
    link-compat-gcc.0.02.doc
