pthreads

Hi all,
	Sorry if this is a FAQ:

It looks like pthreads are not supported in the latest release.  Has anyone
done a port of a pthreads package?  I have a project that makes heavy use of
pthreads and I really dont want to have to rewrite it for VisualC++!
