Re: question regarding the c compiler


Just download the setup.exe from the cygwin /latest mirror sites and run it with access to an internet connection.  At least, that's
the way it's meant to work.  Works best on W2K.  If you want gcc without cygwin, look for mingw32.  Admittedly, they think we're
strange trying to run gcc on windows here in So CA.
