Re: compiling and running zsh


I cancelled my previous ISP account largely "on account" of their
refusal to facilitate communicating with organizations using ORBS.  That
appears to be intended largely as a measure to discourage their
subscribers from using their servers, the only justification offered
being that supposedly a majority of the customers care only about web
access, so why spend resources on the minority.  I suppose it doesn't
occur to them that they may be able to keep a significant number of
their customers satisfied with less expenditure of resources by
facilitating e-mail and newsgroups.
