Fix for cygwin.bat multi-word path problem


Sorry for the delayed response, I've been away.

I have a space in my Windows PATH, and I do not need to add quotes to
%PATH% in my cygwin.bat.  Can anyone confirm that this is really a
problem?  If so, I'll add something to the FAQ.

Could it be a Win9x issue?  I'm running NT4.
