As of a few seconds ago, it points to something else now.  The problem
with having an active FAQ, is that you can't cite URLs that way
reliably.  I don't know of any way to provide accurate, stable URLs to
specific entries.

If you can be bothered, cite the entry title: "How can I access other
drives?" with a URL to the TOC.  Then they have to look for it, and
they might find all sorts of useful things. :-)
