That's definitely not created by `mkpasswd -l'. The above looks
simply broken. Recreate it and try again. It will not work if
you change the passwd entries while you don't know exactly what
you're doing.

Read the online docs related to ntsec and be sure that ntsec is
switched on in $CYGWIN (_before_ starting any shell) when using
features like renaming an account in /etc/passwd.
