RE: Correct way to do full download to system with existing install


Steve,

First of all, start from scratch.

Second, I think it is a good idea to pick a single mirror. I'm not sure 
it's important, but that way you're guaranteed consistency. At the very 
least, this will eliminate any discrepancies arising from delays in the 
mirror getting updated copies of the installation files from RedHat.

Lastly, you dictate the local directory in the third window, immediately 
following the window in which you choose the installer operating mode. It 
will remember (where, I don't know--the registry? one of the setup.log 
files?) this directory name for subsequent runs.
