ps and the process command-line

How can I get the FULL command-line of the process I launched with ps ?
Indeed, if I start a process whose binary path is too long, ps -ef will not
show me the total line...
On a classic Unix system, the output of ps use the $COLUMNS value (for each
line length) but it seems that it does not work the same with Cygwin.
Help Please.
