I forgot to mention that Mark Bradshaw has added a nice new feature to
mkpasswd '-u' for this release.  'mkpasswd -u bob' will just output a
passwd line for 'bob'.

Other notable changes in the utils area include strace improvements by
Gary R. Van Sickle (allow symbolic info and long options for strace) and
cygcheck improvements from Corinna and me (fix for cygdrive == '/', improved
sysinfo output format, and correct build info for 9x/ME systems).
