There are still two issues to check, then:
1. Are your cygwin mounts binary
2. What shell is installed as /bin/sh
For 1., "unmount /path" & "mount -b /resource /path" for every /path that
lists under "mount" command and it's textmode mounted would solve the problem.
For 2., check the list about using another /bin/sh than /bin/ash.exe; the
best bet is to replace /bin/sh.exe with /bin/bash.exe (in the same conditions
setup did - i.e. with respect to either symlink or copy method).
