Yes. rxvt runs $SHELL if present otherwise /bin/sh. Now the real 
question is why isn't export SHELL=/bin/bash in /etc/profile, or, 
rather, why isn't the user's shell preference, specified in /etc/passwd 
taken and exported as SHELL?
