Eduardo,
In reading the cygwin-specific docs for pine
(/usr/doc/Cygwin/pine-4.44-1.README) I noticed the following instruction:

Would this still be applicable if the tcsh package is installed? Is there a
[simple|quick] explaination for this requirement?
