No, just the one. I'm pretty sure that the rule in place will 
catch only that person's emails, unless they morph again.

On the contrary, that would make it more difficult to receive 
the words of wisdom that I /do/ want to read. I've learned a lot 
about Cygwin from people who post here, and will continue to do 
so no doubt.

It wouldn't do me any good, since I'm not subscribed to the 
list. (I can't tell you how I get the list contents because 
talking about that particular source is off-topic ;-)
