the files are there. the ls/dir commands work fine in the default bash
shell. i get the
problem when i try to run in a tcsh.

'dir temp*' has the same result.

cmd/c "dir temp*"  gives me this error in both the bash and tcsh shells
    cmd/c: Command not found
