- Subject: running a TCL shell in an ssh/telnet/rlogin session
Hello,
I am connecting (via cygwin ssh client) to a computer running a Cygwin
OpenSSH server, and am trying to run tclsh. When I do this, the TCL shell
opens, but nothing is written to standard output (i.e. no matter what I
type, no result appears on the screen - not even a prompt).
It doensn't matter if I'm using the tclsh that comes with cygwin or some
other one. On the server, CYGWIN=ntsec tty
Everything works ok if I'm not using it through ssh or the like. Also, if I
try the same thing connecting to a unix machine instead of windows/cygwin,
it also works.
any ideas?
thanks,
Rob
