Definitely a cygwin port problem. On linux, it does print 0xfffffb2e.
(At least, versions 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 on Linux do - I don't have the
latest version compiled on Linux).
In either case, the bug report belongs in the cygwin-apps mailing list,
not the cygwin list itself (which is concerned more with the cygwin
platform).
