Umm, okay, this looks like a misunderstanding. I didn't mean to imply
that you ignored the docs. I'm just confused: what exactly did you have
to build?
And did you ever resolve the fork problem? If and when you do, would you
mind following up with details your solution (or at least a link to where
you found one)?
