sending files over serial port

This is what worked for me:

$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 atpc3muc 1.5.9(0.112/4/2) 2004-03-18 23:05 i686 unknown unknown Cygwin

$ lsz -vv -b --zmodem /tmp/myfile  <>/dev/ttyS0 1>&0
Sending myfile...

I had to
  $ stty -F /dev/ttyS0 -icanon clocal
before.
