1.5.13: rsync 2.6.3: No buffer space available

Hi, I have just installed rsync 2.6.3 and I get this error:

[ diego ][ ~ ] $ touch foo
touch: setting times of `foo': Permission denied
[ diego ][ ~ ] $ rsync foo foo2
error pipe failed in do_recv

Is this a known (or unknown) bug, or am I doing something wrong?
