GPC Error

Hi all,

I have been using Cygwin on this Windows XP machine for about a year without a problem. Specifically, I've been using GNU Pascal to compile my Pascal source. Since I hadn't updated Cygwin in a while, I did so, and now I receive the following error when I try to compile anything with GPC:

~gpc --automake compiler.pas
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.3/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld: crtbegi
n.o: No such file: No such file or directory

A gpc --version gives me:
gpc 20040516, based on gcc-3.3.3 (cygwin special)

I've uninstalled everything Cygwin-related, and reinstalled, and still receive this error. Is there a resolution for this one?

Thanks for any assistance,
Dan
