[P] lftp does not close ssh connections- ssh remain in memory

- Subject: [P] lftp does not close ssh connections- ssh remain in memory
lftp does close ssh session on "close" command but ssh
remain running after close and quiting from lftp. I'm
using fish:// protocol
DOS windows remain open if lftp is execute from
Windows commandline.

$lftp -version

$ ssh -version
