[FAQ ALERT] Win32_Winsock depracated...


... for quite some time now; here's an update to the related faq entry.

	* faq-api.xml (faq.api.winsock):  Replace references to depracated
	Win32_Winsock macro with __USE_W32_WINSOCK, and enlarge on details.
