Ah, yes, excellent! That's exactly it:
[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"NuTCSetupEnviron"="C:\\PROGRA~1\\MKSTOO~1\\bin\\ncoeenv.exe"
