Don't know about boost. For xerces, I'm slowly rebuilding all of "my"
packages for cygwin-1.7 (and typically, one final rebuild for
cygwin-1.5). So, I'll get to xerces eventually, but it is possible that
a xerces-3.x might be cygwin-1.7-only.
