Known issue:
"wodim blank=full" fails because IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT times
out after ~3 minutes.
Could at least be reproduced on 64-bit Win 7. Thanks for any help
regarding this issue.

-jigdo-template-compress
- genisoimage: preserve directory permissions.
- genisoimage: "-o -" will now write to stdout.
