Cygwin but it doesn't seem to exist in 64-bit Cygwin.
If you don't need a full-blown mail processing suite, ssmtp is a likely choice.
Also important to recognize, you can mix and match Cygwin 32-bit and 64-bit
programs in general. So there's no reason, in this case for example, that
you cannot continue to use the 32-bit Exim with your 64-bit Mutt.
