The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libsodium18-1.0.8-1
* libsodium-devel-1.0.8-1
* mingw64-i686-libsodium-1.0.8-1
* mingw64-x86_64-libsodium-1.0.8-1

Sodium is a modern, easy-to-use software library for encryption, 
decryption, signatures, password hashing and more.  It is a portable, 
cross-compilable, installable, packageable fork of NaCl, with a 
compatible API, and an extended API to improve usability even further.

This is the initial release for Cygwin and the MinGW toolchain.
