[ANNOUNCEMENT] TEST RELEASE: Cygwin 2.5.2-0.2

Hi Cygwin friends and users,

I released a new Cygwin TEST version 2.5.2-0.2.

2.5.2 will be a plain bugfix release, plus a few assorted improvements
under the hood. Please test. Only regressions compared to 2.5.1
are currently on the radar.

little surprise package.

Please give this test release a quick once over, especially to test
that normal operation still works, as well as in terms of the
additional patches applied to fix
