Maybe, I've to study the language more closely. I've things like this
in mind:
<xsl:template match="varlistentry/term[position()=last()]">
<fo:inline-sequence><xsl:apply-templates/></fo:inline-sequence>
</xsl:template>
And I've seen more weird collections of @$()../{} contructs... Maybe, a
good Emacs Mode could help ;)
