The HTML stylesheets completely ignore the table orientation. How could
you do a rotated table in HTML?
The print stylesheets probably don't do a very good job either,
although I know I did once hack things so that it worked for some
special set of circumstances. The problem is that in order to make
this work in Jade, you have to start a new simple-page-sequence so
it's fairly tricky.
In short, the free formatters probably don't support it.
