You are missing some required entities in your catalog file, namely,
"ISO 8879:1986//ENTITIES Added Latin 2//EN", which is a file, ISOlat2.

Agin, it can't find the DTD referenced by the formal public identifier
(FPI) in quotes above.
You need to read the documentation again, and make sure that you have
a valid SGML Open Catalogue and it is being used by openjade.
