DOCBOOK-APPS: Admon graphics work only when ...

Hi,

Well, I seem to have gotten admon graphics to work by changing the sense of
the tests:

  (if %admon-graphics%
    ($graphical-admonishment$)

I had the move what I thought was the true action to the false action. I am
sure I have set %admon-graphics%, so further testing is in order.

Also, have to adjust where the damn graphic comes out.
