This is fixed in jadetex 3.8 (see
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jadetex).
However, a patch to openjade is required to support an additional
UNREGISTERED EXTENSION two-page-start-on-right which was introduced in
jadetex 3.4. This can be found on the openjade-devel mailing list
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/openjade).
