2.8 xml spec. ents in internal subset
Aelfred gets it wrong.
Up until today xmlvalid got it wrong
  rxp+nsgmls got it right (as expected????)
No I don't understand the details.

I have now changed my batch file to call up xerces parser
from saxon (still my preferred xslt tool)
