Yes. I've got that too.. must be in my blind spot. So the standard is a
bit contradictory... but the "left-header" definition is more detailed
so that probably ought to be the thing to follow.

Which means that there is indeed a bug with jadetex...

Sigh. I was only trying to construct a credible defence for not having
to fix the bug...

Now somebody was talking about this, I think, on the openjade-devel list
not so long ago. I'm not sure if they got put off though....
