RE: DOCBOOK-APPS: Automatic copying of text between chapters

In my experience (and based on advice I've received), entities are a
cumbersome way to share content. You could use an xsl to copy the
content over and at the same time have it remove id's in the copied
version. I suggest something like this in a reply to another post:
