For those who are interested - here is another ant build file.
I've used it with saxon, but a generic xslt-processor call is prepared
as target (not tested).
It produces pdf with fop or passivetex (miktex on win32), chunked and
unchunked html, JavaHelp and HtmlHelp files with its customization
stylesheets.
Surely some tweaking and cleanup is necessary.
