Oh dear.
I'm using same setup, under win2K, moderate processor
and not finding that.
I seem to recall its a case of 'compiling' the psgml stuff.
If you can find Markus Hoenika's website, he tells you how to do it.
That will make a difference.
for me emacs loads in a very few seconds.
