You mean that you will get correct HTML page, but it's displayed from
start not from first occurence of searched term?
If so, there is no solution AFAIK. Fulltext indexing is completely done
by HTML Help Workshop and you don't have options to change this process.
You can enable highlighting of searched term by selecting Options ->
Search Highlight in HTML Help viewer. This makes locating term quite
easy especially if your topics are quite small.
