AW: DOCBOOK-APPS: [QUESTION] layout.xml error

to be more specific ...

 1) the message 'does not exist' will be produced
    in the file chunk-common.xml at line 60.

 2) this error only occures if a use tocentries of the
    form ...

    <tocentry id="nwalsh.com" href="http://nwalsh.com/";>

    ... the standard form ...

    <toc page="website.xml" filename="index.html">

    ... works just fine.
