- Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: more make.index.markup
Ok, I've used make.index.markup, run pdf2index (with a small test doc,
it ran directly on the pdf, with a larger doc, I had to run it on the
.ps file), and put the munged index back in my doc. When I process it, I
get:
WorkFlows/Reference/StandardInstallMaster/Win32/Workflow/Extra
Making portrait pages on USletter paper (8.5inx11in)

In the resulting pdf, there are no indexdiv titles and no title for the
index itself. Did I forget something or is this a bug?
Thanks,
David
