Back in LaTeX days (so long ago!) the latex stage had an option to
invoke MetaFont to generate any missing fonts; with the PassiveTeX
method, I keep getting these missing StMary's messages that are
probably to blame for super/subscripts at full-size chars and while
it's likely possible to assign those to a different font, I'd still
like to know how people deal with font-generation when using
PassiveTeX.
Is there a flag to turn on auto-fontgen, or is the only solution to
pick through the log and generate each font by hand?
