i'm behind on just about everything. :-(

but i looked at the entire set of .xsl files for docbook on
my red hat system, looking specifically for some kind of "break"
attribute, and i didn't find one.
is this something that was added after 1.50.0? that would
explain it. otherwise, i'm just confused.
