The homepage for www.iso.ch says they are "The source of ISO 9000 and
more than 13,700 International Standards for business, government and
society."
I doubt if anybody is compliant with 13,700 standards, so perhaps
you should ask them to be more specific. They probably mean
ISO 9000. If so, then someone who is more familiar with ISO 9000
can answer, but I'm sure the DocBook development team has
never discussed conforming to ISO 9000.
